  • EXPLANATION OF NAME: Text on original marker blocked out on vintage photo,
  • STATUS: Only the post remained, and it was repurposed by the borough to hold street signs. Vintage photo recently turned up.
  • FOUNDED: Photo notes 1907. Likely when West Reading was formed as a separate town.
