- COORDINATES: Original location undetermined. Bellved to be in Wayne or Susquehanna county.
- COUNTY: Northeast PA - Wayne County perhaps
- STATUS: Long gone, One of the large early (1920s) ridge top signs found on major highways. The Roosevelt Highway was/is U.S. Route 6 across northern Pennsylvania. This one is unusual in having "Penna. Dept. of Highways" on bottom
