- COUNTY: Believed Butler County, but the Allegheny starts in New York state and joins the Monongahela in Pittsburgh.
- MANUFACTURER: Undetermined. This one appears to be a wooden replica and is the only one we have seen with "Highway Department"text. This one also appears to be only single-sided as it appears to be on a "front mount" post.
- STATUS: Likely long gone. These signs were placed where major roadways crossed significant creeks or rivers.
