- MANUFACTURER: Believed Carlisle Foundry Company - text barely visible. One at other end of town is clearly marked Carlisle.
- SHAPE: Standard 1-sided
- STATUS: Mounting bands missing. Held to post with U-bolts. Badly in need of repainting. Post rusted away at bottom - it appears to be slid over a piece of pipe driven into the ground.
