Original location unknown. Known only from photo provided in 2013 by Matt Hamel. This is where today’s  PA Route 284 crosses Blacks Creek just upstream from its junction with Blockhouse Creek.  This is a few miles east of town of English Center. This was a standard double-sided stream marker on a top mount post
